About this project
It was such an honor to work with the amazing team of Débora and David to tell the story of Rev. Wanda Johnson, Angela Williams and the other mothers. Seeing the film’s impact on audiences around the country was powerful, especially at our hometown screening at the Grand Lake Theater in Oakland.
More to come, but in the interim, we’re very excited that the film will release on Netflix on May 10th! Many thanks to Array Releasing picking it up.
